Thank you for shopping with KURIKI.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

-        Be unused and uninstalled.

-        Be in their original packaging with all components included.

-        Be in resalable condition.

-        Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Incorrect Product Selection

Please carefully review product specifications, dimensions, finish, and door handing before placing an order. Returns resulting from the selection of an incorrect model, finish, size, or door handing may be subject to a restocking fee, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure which product is suitable for your application, please contact us before purchasing. We are happy to assist.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

-        Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery.

-        Products with missing parts, packaging, or accessories.

-        Custom-made or special-order products.

-        Clearance or final-sale items.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.

 

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reply to the email associated with your order or submit an inquiry through our Contact Us page.
